Join us online for the newest incarnation of the Transylvania Television property: the live, one-hour web show where you get to chat live with your favorite TVTV characters! TVTVOnline is expected to air twice a month, running on Friday nights at 9pm Central. This week’s episode is “Backyard BBQ,” with Kim Ho Tep, Furry Ackermonster, and the Vampire Le Shoc. Be prepared to participate in an online poll and other fun interactive content!

Get your questions ready now, and share in the fun live on the web. Producer Clarke Stone gets writing credit on this one, and it features more fantastic prop and puppet work from series creator Gordon Smuder.

Furry Ackermonster’s coffee craving results in a soul showdown with a nutty demon in this episode of TVTV Season Three! Chronologically, this marks the first appearance of Lord Von Bucket, a rockin’ demon who resides in the Castle Le Shoc. Of note is the Bouzouki Hero guitar-controllers made by resident prop-a-holic Jason Thomas, who takes his work too seriously.

Twin Cities residents are urged to tune in on October 22nd at 11pm on WUCW, Channel 23, for the Transylvania Television Real Meanin’ of Halloween Special Show. It’s an hour of grown-up puppet comedy that satirizes 1980′s movies, horror movies, holiday specials, and anything else we can get our hands on. Our generous sponsors are listed in the advertisement below. If you’re not in the Twin Cities, you may available to see the show starting next year, whether via a DVD release or better yet, getting it on a local station in YOUR area. If you are a regular visitor to the site, you’ve probably recognized a drop in the posts lately. That’s because our entire staff is busy readying the TVTV Real Meanin’ of Halloween Special Show. It will air on Twin Cities television in October of 2010, and be available for our non-local friends soon after on DVD or digital download. Thanks to all who made our Kickstarter pledge a resounding success. We promised we would publish the entirety of the Dwayne-starrer “Wrath Package” episode if we reached $8,000, and so we have! Here it is in it’s disturbing entirety. Furry is behind the camera once again as he attempts to shoot the pilot for the fabled “Activities With Dwayne” series, oft mentioned and dreamt of, but never before seen.

New Episode: On the Line Romance

BORIS. We don’t know a lot about the enigmatic Russian space computer who runs the technical workings of the station at TVTV, but here’s a bit of insight into his character. It hasn’t been mentioned on the show, but BORIS is actually B.O.R.I.S., an acronym for Big Old Russian Information System. In “On The Line Romance,” BORIS finds true love thanks to the wonders of the internet.
